RANGE AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY

1. Assumption of Inherent Risks: I ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE that shooting, handling firearms, ammunition use, and participating in or observing range activities are inherently dangerous, hazardous activities. These activities involve both obvious and unanticipated risks that may result in property damage, severe emotional trauma, physical injury, paralysis, or death to myself or others. Such risks include, but are not limited to: accidental discharges; ricochets; bullet fragmentation; structural or mechanical firearm malfunctions; exposure to lead, heavy metals, gunpowder residue, and toxic fumes; hearing loss or impairment; eye injury or total loss of sight; slips, trips, and falls; and the negligent, reckless, or intentional acts of other shooters or third parties. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

2. Premises Condition & Release: I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the physical condition of the range facilities, buildings, firing lines, backstops, parking areas, walkways, and surrounding terrain contains known and unanticipated hazards. I accept the premises in an "AS-IS" condition and release the business, its owners, operators, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability for injuries or damages arising from terrain defects, unmaintained pathways, environmental conditions, or structural elements.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Release: I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the Released Parties have no medical staff, professional emergency response team, or legal duty to provide medical care, first-aid, or rescue operations. Any first aid kits or emergency equipment provided on-site are made available for voluntary use without professional supervision. I hereby release the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the administration of emergency aid, first aid, or the timing and adequacy of emergency medical response.

4. Equipment and Product Warranties Disclaimer: I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the Released Parties make NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, regarding the design, manufacture, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, or safety of any range equipment, rental firearms, ammunition, eye/ear protection, targets, or any personal firearms, ammunition, and gear brought onto the premises by myself or others.

5. Comprehensive Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue: I EXPRESSLY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action—whether arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise—arising out of or related to my presence on the premises, use of facilities, or participation in shooting activities. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties for any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation.

6. Liability for Guests and Indemnification: I AGREE TO ASSUME FULL LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all acts, omissions, negligence, recklessness, or misconduct of any guests, invitees, spectators, or minors accompanying me or entering the range at my invitation. I explicitly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, lawsuits, legal fees, or liabilities brought by or on behalf of my guests or minors.

7. Mandatory Rule Compliance: I AGREE to strictly comply with all posted and verbal Range Rules, safety instructions, and federal, state, and local laws at all times. I understand that rule compliance is mandatory for safety and that any violation grants the range the absolute right to immediately terminate my range privileges and eject me from the property without refund.

8. Continuous and Perpetual Validity: I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that this Agreement, Waiver, and Release shall remain in full force and effect from the date of execution forward, and shall apply universally to every past, present, and future visit, transaction, or participation in activities at the range by myself or my guests.

9. Range Management Discretion and Authority: I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the Range Manager, Range Safety Officers, and operators possess absolute, unchallengeable discretion to inspect any firearms, ammunition, or equipment, evaluate patron behavior or safety compliance, and immediately suspend or discontinue any customer's range use if deemed unsafe or disruptive, without liability or recourse.

10. Unilateral Modification & Future Amendments: I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the Released Parties reserve the absolute right to unilaterally modify, amend, update, or replace the terms of this Agreement, Waiver, and Release at any time, for any reason, without prior individual notice to me. I agree that any such modifications or updated terms shall automatically govern and apply retroactively and prospectively to all subsequent visits, transactions, and participation in activities on the premises without requiring my re-signature or re-execution of this document.
